Travelling to the turkey was one of my biggest dreams that was fulfilled this summer. Before starting my journey, I installed navigation software as a guide in my mobile. Looking at the beauty of Turkey, I couldn’t resist appreciating my decision to visit turkey. I didn’t have much luggage with me, so before exploring this beautiful country, I decided to visit the Grand Bazaar also known as Kapali Carsi. I spotted over 4,000 shops in this amazing market. However, I bought my stuff from few shops. Every shop had a huge variety of different things. I grabbed everything I needed at pretty much economical. I also bought few famous Turkish carpets as a gift for my loved ones. There was hardly anything that I didn’t spot in this Grand Bazaar.
My next destination was the very Famous Blue Mosque. I had seen a lot of pictures and read infinite articles on the beauty and glory of this Mosque. However, visiting it was a totally different experiment. The Mosque as named after the stylish blue colored tiles. It has six minarets which I was told later that no other Mosque had this much minarets. To me the beauty of the Mosque was breathtaking. It turns out to be a mediation place for me. I had a real peace of mind and calm while sitting there.
While travelling, I love to eat the local food of the country I am in. I had heard a lot of positive reviews about the Turkish food which is why I was very excited. The authentic Turkish food was much tastier then I had imagined. The best thing about this cuisine was that everything was cooked fresh which enhances its taste even more. Rice were served with almost every dish. Using the android navigation app, I found a lot of amazing eat out places in turkey.
